A Tournament with Passion and Tradition
For more than 25 years, the International U19 Football
Tournament Altstätten has been the largest regularly held
sporting event in the Rhine Valley – and the only remaining
international youth tournament of its kind in Switzerland.
Every two years, Altstätten becomes the centre of youth football.
Top teams from Europe, Brazil and Africa travel to the Rhine
Valley to compete with some of the world’s most promising
young talents. The tournament stands for excellence on the
pitch, fair play and lasting international friendships.
Driven by the dedication of the organising committee, countless
volunteers and loyal partners, the event has become far more
than just a competition – it’s a celebration of community, passion
and the love of football at its purest.
